leasing process and application

To apply for one of our apartments, please read the following directions carefully and gather the documents listed below.  Only complete applications will be considered.

1. Completed and signed Residential lease application (Download application)
2. Copy of your Last 2 Pay Stubs (Consecutive)
3. Copy of your most recent bank statement
4. Employment Letter on Company Letterhead
5. Copy of W-2 form from most recent year
6. Copy of a valid, government issued picture ID, such as state driver’s license or passport
7. Credit check fee may apply.

Please note that if you are a self employed applicant, you must provide two years’ worth of income verification (copies of tax returns from the last two years).
